About Me

Libbey is a public health professional with 20 years of experience in community engagement, health equity, and program development across all areas of health. She has led programs and worked closely with communities to educate on mental health, chronic disease, substance use, reproductive health, and much more. Drawing from her lived experience, she provides insights and guidance through education and coaching while challenging societal norms.

A skilled public speaker, Libbey has presented at conferences, participated in panel discussions, and was the co-project manager and host of the award-winning podcast OnePath: Safer Opioid Prescribing. She is also a published researcher and believes research is essential to shaping policy and informing health programming.

Libbey earned her Master of Public Health degree from Baldwin Wallace University and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Her other passions include traveling, exploring the outdoors, creating art and music, and spending quality time with her family.
